I wasn't sure about a word of the year for a while, but then 'Sustainability' emerged as I was writing a piece for my Substack, and after some pondering I am indeed sticking with it 😊
I just recently made a lemon chicken orzo soup. So comforting and perfect for this time of year. Also in your last newsletter with the dried oranges - right before you published it I tried making a garland of those too! Funny how it often feels like we are on the same wavelength :)

My word this year is Balance, which follows 2024’s Intentional. To escape the never ending hot poker in the eye that is the News Cycle I have jumped aboard The Traitors party bus and will ride it as long as it will have me. Have a great weekend!
